The Thailand Travel Services Partnership respects other's intellectual property rights.
When we built www.thailandtravelservices.com it would have been very easy for us to
copy other peoples' intellectual property and pass it off as our own. We didn't, we did it
the hard way by creating our own intellectual property. If you think, having gone to all that
expense and effort, we are going to let others violate our intellectual property rights, think
again.
Unless we have expressly stated to the contrary on any particular page, the copyright in
the material on this website rests with The Thailand Travel Services Partnership. Your
access to it does not imply a license to reproduce or distribute this material in whole or
part. This means that you cannot reproduce or distribute this material. This website and
any disputes arising in connection with it shall be governed and construed in accordance
with the laws of Thailand and be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of
Thailand.
In the unlikely event that you think that we have violated your intellectual property rights,
please send a notification by email to operations@thailandtravelservices.com with the
following information:
A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner
of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple
copyrighted works in our site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of
such works on our site;
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of
infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and
information reasonably sufficient to permit the us to locate the material;
Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as an
address, telephone number, and if available, an electronic mail address at which the
complaining party may be contacted;
A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in
the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
and
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of
perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an
exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
